Any practice of a marital art will be useful

Practising any martial art, whether it be Karate, Judo, Aikido Kung Fu, Taekwondo or any other for will be beneficial. It will not only give you a practical knowledge of how to defend yourself against people physically stronger than you but also help to increase your self-confidence, endurance, power and concentration. Wing Chun is particularly suitable choice for women because it was originally developed by a woman and it relies on superior technique rather than strength or size.
